214 – Miz Mozelle Dress
6:30pm - 9:30pm
Price: $155 for 12 hours (4 sessions)
Learn to make this charming vintage-inspired dress by Jamie Christina Patterns! The Miz Mozelle dress features a peter pan collar, keyhole neckline, gathered sleeves, contrast bias trim and a slip-over-the-head waistband. In this class, we’ll explore how to make our own bias tape for trim and discuss the endless options for utilizing this skill!
Besides working with bias tape, you’ll learn some core intermediate skills like working with sleeves and collars. Medium weight woven fabric is ideal for your first dress – after class you can experiment with lighter weights and even knits! Please bring your pre-washed fabric to the first class! I can’t wait to see all the amazing fabric and contrast mixes you guys come up with…
